Private Ministerial Association (PMA)
As a Private Membership Association (PMA), we function similarly to a private family unit. In this structure, upon signing the membership agreement, you become a member of this private association. Much like a close-knit family, matters communicated or occurring within our private association are considered confidential and are generally not subject to oversight or control by any governmental administrative agency.
Despite the principles of freedom that our country is founded upon, we are increasingly witnessing erosion of our rights. Health and wellness professionals face significant challenges because our practices are distinct from those of licensed medical doctors. We aim to restore the body's, mind's, and spirit's optimal health through natural methods rather than allopathic interventions. This distinction unfortunately exposes us to a heightened risk of accusations related to “practicing medicine without a license,” despite our practices not involving medical treatment. The scope of permissible language and actions continues to narrow, increasing the risk of inadvertent non-compliance.
A PMA operates under the same foundational principles asserted in The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation, The Constitution for the United States of America, and The Bill of Rights. It does not require authorization or permission from any government entity for its establishment or ongoing operation.
Given this framework, I am positioned to provide my members with information on various natural treatments, including but not limited to, treated air and water, natural foods, stress-reduction, hands-on healing techniques as well as devices and products that utilize color, electricity, light, magnetism, ozone, radiation, sound, or vibrational energy, all of which may benefit the body, mind, and spirit.
